Bon Remède sparkling wine - les bulles sauvages
The estate new arrival: a sparkling rosé MADE IN PROVENCE!
We have just started to produce a rosé wine, made up of the famous Rhône Valley grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, and a little bit of Muscat, which becomes sparkling thanks to the Royal Provence company. They carry out the “prise de mousse” according to the “Méthode Traditionnelle” used in the Champagne region: in every bottle, a liquor of tirage is added and makes the wine sparkle. Then, the wine is aged on laths where it develops its complexity and subtlety.
We are delighted by the result: a dry sparkling rosé with small bubbles and berry-like aromas such as raspberry and red currant. The palate is fresh and lively, it will pair well with red fruit desserts and be perfect as a pre-dinner drink!
