From vines to wine

image-BThe majority of the vines on our domain are 50 years old, which allows us to produce wines of a rare and rich concentration.

To produce the best wines, we chose the most noble varieties which are adapted to our landscape:

Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Marsellan and Carignan for the red wines and rosé wines, Clairette, Grenache blanc, Roussane and Viognier for the white wines.

At the domain, the harvest starts at the beginning of September for the Viognier, Merlot and Syrah, and continues until mid-October for the old Grenache and Carignan vines. Five weeks of work to give the best of each parcel and also to give a pleasurable wine. It is an intense time during which each operation is the result of genuine reflection.

White and Rosé wines are made to get very aromatic wine. Before a soft pressing, we keep the grapes, berries and juice in a cold vat and the fermentation is made at low temperature. Our white and rosé wines are very fresh.

As we want to respect our traditions, our red wines are made with patience. The maceration process is long and kept under control in order to extract the best grapes components.image-5

Passionate and confident with our wines potential, some of them are aged in wooden casks and French oak barrels.

Throughout the year, in our temperate cellar, we look after these wines in the purest tradition in order to give you total satisfaction.

The wine is bottled at the estate with our own bottling equipment to assure you the wine origin.
