A Story

Our family’s story is inseparable from the vine. For four generations, both have been written to the rhythm of the seasons and the vintages, at the heart of our exceptional vineyard at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

It was in the years between the two World Wars, in the 1930s, that my forebear, Joseph Delay, planted the first vines around the chapel of Notre‑Dame du Bon Remède. The know‑how passed down from generation to generation is the craft we continue and share today, to offer your palate our finest cuvées.

I was raised in my father’s footsteps—himself a winegrower—learning the patience of seasons and the memory of soils. In 1997, carried by youthful zeal yet anchored in our elders’ teachings, Lucile and I founded the estate. Since then, we have tended our vines in harmony with Nature and Terroir, guided by the same steadfast passion, to craft wines of true character.

Our Unique

Between sky and earth, the Giant of Provence takes shape—better known as Mont Ventoux. At the foot of this stone colossus, our vineyard flourishes. An extraordinary diversity of soils opens every possibility: sandy parcels lend finesse and elegance to our whites and rosés, while gravel and clay confer power and complexity to our reds.
